Greenstone is a boutique real estate private equity and investment management company
investing on behalf of multinational institutions and individuals.
We invest across the multiple asset classes in Poland with the main focus on offices.
Our mission is to create long-term value and high returns for our investors by effectively adding value to our projects. Greenstone has been operating continuously since 2017. The total value of our investments is approximately 150 million EUR.

Our core activity is searching for attractive investment opportunities. In executing investments, we collaborate with both private and institutional investors, based on joint venture projects, club deal financing, or through structures operating as investment funds.
